Inside the product
Bring the decisions that need attention, predicted risks and operational opportunities into one prioritized view, with the context needed to understand why they matter.

How it works
Intelligence Hub is built around one connected loop from operational signal to recorded decision and organizational learning.
Stage 1
Surface operational issues, predicted risks and opportunities that need attention.
Stage 2
Each item arrives with its recommended action, the evidence behind it, a confidence level and the expected impact.
Stage 3
An operator approves, adjusts or rejects it. Approving a recommendation creates a decision record.
Stage 4
The decision creates a work order that keeps its origin, so the work carries the reason it exists.
Stage 5
The decision, its basis, the work it created and the outcome state are held in the Decision Log.
Stage 6
Decisions, actions and measured outcomes build an operational record the team can draw on over time.
The loop closes: the decisions and records your team creates become the operational knowledge they bring to the next situation.
Inside the product
One recommendation, followed end to end: the evidence behind it, the decision an operator made, and the work that decision created.
Step 1 — Recommendation
REC-0318 recommends replacing a battery during a service that is already booked in nine days. The operator sees what acting is worth, what waiting costs, and the evidence behind the 91 percent confidence — and can approve, adjust or reject without leaving the view.

Step 2 — Decision becomes operational action
Approving REC-0318 created decision DEC-2163 and work order WO-829. The reason the work exists travels with it.

Scroll sideways to follow the full origin to outcome chain.
Operational record
The Decision Log holds what was decided, on what basis, and what actually happened. Each entry links the recommendation, the decision, the work order it created and the outcome state, so decisions stay reviewable long after they were made.

Row one closes the example above: DEC-2163 records the decision on REC-0318 and links it to WO-829.

Fleet systems, telematics, ERP, IoT and finance each hold part of what is happening across an operation. Intelligence Hub is a layer above them: relevant data is brought together depending on the deployment and available integrations, while the systems of record remain in place.
LISA Fleet Management can be part of that environment, but it is not a requirement.
