Bikes, stations, users and cities now open in a side panel, so your team can work through one item after another without reloading pages or losing their place.
Settings can be applied to every city at once or to a single city, which saves time for operators running more than one city.
Unpaid trips no longer need a support case to be resolved. Riders see the amount when they open the app and can pay it there, with the wallet used first and their card for the rest. Your team can also retry a payment from the dashboard.
