Trip Fines, Minimum Direct Charge

Collect fines without the manual follow-up, and protect margins on short trips

Fines are handled from the rental itself, and short trips no longer lose most of their fare to card fees.

Operators can now issue a fine straight from the rental and choose how to collect it: from the rider's wallet, from their saved card, or as a payment request in the app. Every attempt is recorded in one place, so your team always knows what has been paid and what is still open. Riders see why the fine was issued and can pay it in the app. As soon as it is settled they can ride again, with no action needed from your support team.

Minimum Direct Charge lets you set a minimum card payment per city. Fixed card fees no longer take most of the fare on short trips, and any amount above the trip cost goes to the rider's wallet for their next ride.
