Give each vehicle model its own identity and its own price

Not every e-bike, scooter or cargo bike in a fleet needs to be treated as the same product. With Vehicle Models, operators can now create individual models in LISA and assign vehicles to them. Each model has its own rider-facing name, image, vehicle category, make, model and description. Models can be kept as drafts while they are being prepared and published when they are ready to be shown to riders.

This gives operators a clearer way to structure fleets that contain different types or versions of the same vehicle category. A standard e-bike and a premium e-bike can be managed as two distinct products while both remain e-bikes, and each model can have its own price. Operators running mixed fleets can match pricing to the vehicle and the service they offer, instead of applying the same price to every vehicle in a category.

Ride Pricing now has its own area in the Pricing module, with a clear overview of active pricing by vehicle type. Pricing is managed in one place rather than spread across other parts of the platform.

Ride Passes sit alongside Ride Pricing in the same area. Day passes, weekend passes and monthly commuter products are managed from one overview, including which vehicle types and models each pass applies to. That makes it easier to combine pay-as-you-go pricing with prepaid products that encourage repeat riding and bring revenue forward.
